Our Mission

We're making an impact...

GES’s Philosophy is forward-thinking encompassing values-based, ethical, socially responsible (SRI), Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), impact investing, and other approaches. We aim to change the world with a high-end energy solution independent of climate to have a positive impact on our planet and the people we serve.  We are seeking value-based financial partners.  If this is the kind of investing with which you identify, then please, let’s have a sensible discussion on how we can work together.

We're committed to change...

Our Foundation...

Through our wholly-owned foundation GES Power for the People LLC, (“GES PFP”) GES aims to provide our unique GES platform to developing communities worldwide.  We recognize the international concerns about climate change and resource scarcity. We deeply appreciate the need for power and the difficulty financing those energy resources. Our future depends on the sustainable work we do today to deliver low-cost energy efficiency. In developing communities GES PFP works in collaboration with renewable energy companies, NGOs., and governments worldwide.

A key element to the GES PFP model is to find profit-making opportunities that also will be considered tax advantage by the IRS and local tax authorities.  Investors also want to show that they are putting money in deals that wouldn’t otherwise exist without our foundation’s funds.  In this way, projects that might otherwise go unfunded have an opportunity for substantial external funding and for GES, a broader proliferation of our technology.  GES Is seeking funding from private foundations which have demonstrated a keen interest in the renewable energy space.

GES has identified substantial projects worldwide in developed and emerging markets of South America, Africa, and Asia. With the demise of bank-led project financing these opportunities are prime for collaborative funding models and innovative state-of-the-art energy solutions.

GES PFP, undertakes all due diligence, financial structuring, and project management.  GES PFP is a job creator and an impact player in the local economies and in developing and training the next wave of local expertise.

The importance of local, self-sustaining renewable energy production and management cannot be overstated in developing markets.  A Quality Power Supply marks the difference between the success or failure of a country or a community seeking to leverage a location or the energy resource for the people.
